In another milestone to our Green Journey, we are delighted to announce that the Woburn House Conference Centre has been accredited with an ECOsmart Silver Award by Greengage.
ECOsmart is a business travel and events industry certification that recognises organisations who can demonstrate a comprehensive approach to environmental sustainability within their business and who promote a green approach with their clients. The accreditation process examines sustainability practice in six key areas, which are Energy and Water Conservation, Waste Management, Rooms and Facilities Management, Sustainable Food and Beverages, Building Infrastructure and Corporate Social Responsibility.
We are very proud that our commitment to Sustainability has been recognised with this Silver Award. We will continue to work with the Greengage Team to improve and hopefully make the Gold status on our next evaluation very soon!
