AV pricing
All rooms are equipped with a flip-chart and pens, a front projection screen and wireless internet connection, inclusive in the room hire price. VAT is applicable to all the charges at the current rate.
The cost of the Main Hall is inclusive of:
- Lectern - PC, LCD screen, DVD player and VHS Player
- PA system - 1 lectern mic, 4 top table mics, 2 roving mics and 1 lapel mic
- LCD projector and rear projection screen
For the Tavistock Room, Board Room, Mezzanine Room, Meeting Rooms 1, 2 and 3, the following equipment may be hired for use:
