Woburn House Conference Centre operates a pricing policy that provides a discounted rate from the commercial charge for room hire for not-for-profit organisations; contact the bookings office if you require clarification of the rate that would be applicable to your company.

  • VAT is applicable to all charges at the current rate.
  • The Main Hall rate also includes the use of the PA system and LCD projection.
  • To book the Main Hall a minimum of 50 delegates is required.
  • When the Tavistock Room is hired in conjunction with the Main Hall the discounted rate applies.
  • All rooms are provided with a flip-chart, screen and wireless internet included in the room hire rate.
  • WHCC reserves the right to alter this tariff without notice and prices quoted at the time of booking may be altered.
  • Charges are valid from 1st April 2008 to 31st July 2008
