Reception services

The front of house staff will meet your organiser on arrival and provide all the necessary information about Woburn House that will enable the event or meeting to run smoothly and safely. Delegates can be signed in at reception for smaller groups of 25 or less, for larger groups registration must take place in the room.

The receptionist is the main point of contact for acquiring office services, contacting the audio-visual technician or catering services or asking for any other information or assistance.

Rooms

WHCC is proud to present a well-cared for, thoughtfully developed suite of rooms that can be adapted to meet most clients' needs. The Main Hall is light and airy, and, leading from the entrance foyer, is accessible to all without the use of the lifts, which service all floors. In combination with the nearby Tavistock room for registration and refreshment breaks, a conference can be efficiently arranged with ease. The smaller meeting rooms are ideal for break-out space from the Main Hall or for individual meetings.

The Bookings Team are always on hand to assist throughout the planning process and on the day of your event. Their experience and advice is invaluable, serving to take the stress out of the day by effective pre-planning. They will also solve any problems and answer your queries on the day.

Catering

The food and beverages service is provided by The In House Catering Company Ltd. The food is prepared on site from freshly delivered products, sourced from high quality providers. Most of the beverages products are from accredited fair trade, organic suppliers. In House is also trying to engage reliable suppliers who can deliver fresh products to Central London with a minimal environmental impact.

The menus have been created to match the use of the rooms and the spaces available, so that interruption to meetings is minimised and service is quick and efficient. The menus are revised regularly and seasonal dishes are introduced throughout the year. The chef will accommodate all dietary needs, when notified in advance.

Technical support

The provision of support and advice from our Audio-visual Technician is an integral part of the service delivered by WHCC. The Technician is available to discuss your requirements with you during the planning stages of your event and, on the day, he will be there to demonstrate the use of equipment and ensure that your presentation runs smoothly. Sound systems will be adjusted as required and meetings can be digitally recorded.
